This policy will detail Secret Space's policies and measures in collecting, storing, using, transferring, disclosing and protecting children's personal information. 《Secret Space Privacy Policy》 applies to the protection of personal information not specified in this policy. Before you read and agree to this policy, please confirm that you are the legal guardian of the child subject (“child”) whose personal information you intend to submit belongs to, otherwise you have no right to agree to this policy.

Please understand that the child-related services we provide are constantly being updated and changed. (4) Delete children's information in time when the entrustment relationship is terminated;

(6) Other children's information protection obligations that should be fulfilled in accordance with the law.

During children's use of our services, in order for guardians and children under guardianship to access and manage personal information more conveniently, and at the same time protect the right to withdraw consent and cancel accounts, children under guardianship can follow the guidelines of "Secret Space Privacy Policy" or contact customer service directly. Guardians can guide children under guardianship to operate or contact us to ask us to correct Correction or deletion of children's information.

2. Under the following circumstances, children and their guardianscan contact us to request deletion of the corresponding children's information:

(1) We collect, store, use, transfer, and disclose children's personal information in violation of laws, administrative regulations, or the agreement between the two parties;

(2) Collecting, storing, using, transferring, and disclosing children's information beyond the scope of the purpose or the necessary period;

(3) The child's guardian withdraws his consent;

(4) The child or his guardian terminates the use of the product or service by means of cancellation or other means.

We will issue an updated version on the Secret Space APP and remind children and guardians of relevant content updates through website announcements or other appropriate methods before it becomes effective.

2. For major changes, we will also provide more noticeable notices to children and their guardians. We will explain the specific changes in the rules through emails, text messages, PUSH pushes, in-site letters, or special reminders on the browsing page. In order for children and their guardians to receive notifications in a timely manner, it is recommended that children and their guardians notify us in time when their contact information is updated. If children continue to use Secret Space services after this policy update takes effect, it means that children and their guardians have fully read, understood and accepted the updated rules and are willing to be bound by the updated rules. Major changes referred to in this policy include, but are not limited to:

(1) Significant changes have taken place in our ownership structure, organizational structure, etc. Such as changes in owners caused by business adjustments, bankruptcy mergers, etc.;

(2) Substantial changes in the purpose, method and scope of collecting, storing, using and providing children's information;

(3) Substantial changes have occurred in the storage location, period and processing method of children's information after expiration;

(4) Substantial changes have taken place in the security measures for children's information;
